The waitlist is free, so no reservation fee is charged or refundable. Checkout and paid generation are not open. Do not provide card details through the reservation form.

Order and refund conditions will be shown before any future purchase. For an existing transaction, email zifanwang96@gmail.com with the order reference, without full card details, passwords or keys. Restoring video credits and a cash refund are separate processes.
